Groupon Upgrade Options

Thank you for choosing Lockology Escape Rooms. Please see the option below if you wish to upgrade your vouchers.

Upgrades valid on games which occur Monday through Thursday. Upgrades for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be offered at the discretion of management. Upgrade requests will not be honored in November, December, January, or February. Valid Only for the Bethel Rd Location in Columbus and may be used towards the Haunted Prison or Mayan Temple rooms

Vouchers may be upgraded at a rate of $15 per person.

Terms and Conditions

By requesting an upgrade you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Only one (1) voucher may be upgraded per customer. Multiple vouchers purchased and used by a single person is a violation of Groupons Terms and Conditions and as such we will not allow multiple voucher upgrades.
Upgrades may only be used on games which occur Monday through Thrursday. If you register your event on any other day it will be cancelled without a refund. You may reschedule the event during a Monday through Thursday.
You may not make reservations for more people than the voucher is good for.
Once you have upgraded a voucher you will not be permitted to upgrade future voucher purchases. This is a one time option per customer.
Your current voucher will be redeemed and no longer usable.

Why can't I use my vocuher on the other rooms?

Why do I have to pay extra for an upgrade?

The price you paid for the Groupon and the upgrade fee when combined are near the rate of our regular pricing. Every groupon voucher we accept is a loss of revenue for our business. We accept this in order to educate people on escape rooms and hope they will come back for our other rooms. The upgrade fee allows us to remain profitable with our other rooms. We are a business after all.
