Lockology and Escape Columbus Escape Rooms Terms and Conditions. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases. By purchasing the ticket, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time by Lockdown Columbus Escape Room (“Escape Room”) or Licensee (”Venue Owner”). The Escape Room Owner / Venue Owner, their agents or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss, damage however caused while in the venue, location or place related to Escape Room Game (“Site”) nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason, including without limitation, cancellation or postponement of the Escape Room Game. Booking fees and handling fees shall not be refundable. Any refunds shall be made only at Escape Room management’s discretion. Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:
- Credit cards used to book your experience and a valid ID must be presented prior to the game. This is to prevent fraudulent charges from stolen credit cards.
- One promotion code only may be used per person per event date. Any customer using multiple promotion codes on the same event date will have the promotion code removed from the booking with the lowest amount due or have the reservation cancelled. If the customer agrees the card on file will then be charged the difference up to the regular price of the event. If the customer does not agree the reservation will be cancelled. Customers using multiple Groupon codes will automatically have the lowest price reservation cancelled. All promo-codes, Groupon Deals, and 3rd party offers may not be combined with any sale pricing, other promotion codes or with other offers. The Promotional value of all Promo Codes, Groupon Deals, and 3rd Party offers is at the regular purchase pricing listed on our website.
- We do not have an age restriction, but recommend any participants 12 and under be in a privately reserved room as we are not responsible for the behaviors of others. Please keep in mind our puzzles were designed for the adult player, some content may be too difficult or not appropriate for younger children. Adults are required to be in the room for participants 15 years of age or younger. All participant require a waiver, however all participants under 18 years of age will require a waiver signed by a legal guardian.
- No Babies or children who require a stroller will be permitted in the rooms for safety reasons.
- Any reservation rescheduled within 48 from start time will be subject to a $10 reschedule fee per person.
- Refunds (full or partial) are only provided in the event of inclement weather at our location causing us to close, power outage effecting the operation of the escape room, prop failure, or other cancellation initiated by the business. Additionally any group that fails to show or arrives after the start time of thier reservation under any circumstances will be marked as a now show or late and will not be provided a refund.
- ALL GAMES START ON TIME – if you arrive less than 15 minutes early you may be marked as a no show or as late for your event and a refund will not be given.
- If you need to contact us for any reason email us at [email protected] for the fastest response. Phones are only answered during our normal business hours and only if we have reservations. If we do not have reservations, staff may not be on site during business hours.
- Credit cards are required for all booking regardless of booking total as a result of a promotion. Cards will be kept on file as part of our damage prevention policy.
- Damage prevention policy – any member of a group who fails to follow the rules of the game which result in damage to our props, our room, or any objects in the room, and can be verified through cctv footage, will be charged the full replacement or repair value for the damage. Any guest charged for damage will be notified and may request a copy of any repair or replacement invoices.
- Any guests who appear to be under the influence of drug or alcohol will be refused entry into the game and asked to leave without a refund.
- Games may be stopped at any point by our game masters for violation of our rules and for safety reasons. Once a game is stopped it will not begin again. Refunds will not be given.
- Lockdown Columbus Escape Room may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.
- Lockdown Columbus Escape Room collects and stores your personal details without disclosing it to any 3rd party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected.
- You accept that the Internet is not fully secure. Escape Room will take all appropriate steps to protect the security of any payment card information though Escape Room shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any such information.
- Unless you have reserved a private room you agree to be placed in a room with other guests who may have reserved the same time slot. You agree that Lockdown Columbus Escape Room , Operated by P2K-Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for the behaviors of guest in the room and that staff will only interfere with the game is rules are being violated.
